Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and curious individual with 2 to 7 years of experience who is fascinated by people, curious about what drives consumer choices, and excited to turn insights into action. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sensory Science and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility - Develop and implement innovative sensory solutions to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and flavors.
- Design and execute experiments to test the effectiveness of different sensory elements.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Sensory Science.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Technology, Chemistry, or Biology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in Sensory Science.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market research methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to food safety and quality control.
