R&D LABORATORY EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D Laboratory Executive to join our team at SaiRam Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Develop and implement new testing methods and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory tests, results, and inventory, including calibration and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and standardized.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on laboratory procedures and techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in an executive role.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory software and instrumentation, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
