R&D Engineer / Chemist

• Core Objective: Execute the daily technical workflows of material synthesis, prototyping, and electrochemical analysis.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate experimental cells (Coin/Pouch/Prismatic) and conduct routine electrochemical testing.
• Perform post-mortem analysis of cycled cells to determine degradation mechanisms.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation of experiments and results in the R&D database.
• Key Required Skills:
• Practical laboratory skills in electrode preparation and cell assembly.
• Proficiency in using Python, MATLAB, or SQL for experimental data processing.
• Strong attention to detail in electrochemical analysis (CV, EIS, GITT).
• Recommended Education: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
