Remote site commissioning (New Build / Modernization / Swap / Upgrades)
PnP BTS deployment monitoring
RET configuration & modifications
Alarm analysis & fault management
Tier 2 troubleshooting support
BSC/BTS rehoming
Parameter changes (Manual/XML) & audits
Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
Feature activation (BSC/RNC)
Bridge/on call support
Dashboard & report management
Adherence to RI process (MOP)
Required Skills:
5–6 years in Nokia RAN Commissioning & Integration
Strong knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G technologies
Hands on remote commissioning & troubleshooting
Experience in Nokia tools (NetAct, NDPd, URSA, OSDP)
KPI impact & performance optimization knowledge
Tier 2 troubleshooting expertise (Nokia SRAN & Airscale BTS)
Multi vendor exposure (Ericsson / Huawei / Samsung) – Preferred
Strong communication skills
