Job Description

  • Course Development: Design and develop comprehensive R training programs for various skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
  • Content Creation: Create and regularly update training materials such as lectures, coding exercises, and practical projects that align with current industry practices and standards.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct live training sessions via video conferencing platforms, providing clear and effective instruction on R programming, data science, and statistical analysis.
  • Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress through quizzes, assignments, and hands-on projects. Provide constructive feedback to support learning and skill development.
  • Support and Guidance: Offer personalized support to students, addressing their questions and challenges to ensure a thorough understanding of R and its applications in data science and statistics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in R programming, data science, and statistics, and incorporate new tools and techniques into your training materials.
Qualifications:
For Experienced Professionals:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience using R for data science and statistical analysis, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in these areas.
  • Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching or training, especially in a freelance or remote setting, is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in R and its key packages (e.g., dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr) and experience with data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Data Science or Statistics certifications) are preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
For Freshers:
  • Education: A relevant degree or certification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in R and familiarity with data science and statistical techniques through coursework, personal projects, or internships. Knowledge of key R packages is advantageous.
  • Passion for Teaching: Enthusiasm for teaching and a willingness to learn and adapt to new instructional techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable manner.
