Quick Service Depot Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quick Service Depot Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse and depot operations. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all warehouse operations including inward, storage, and dispatch activities
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits
• Use WMS/ERP systems to track stock and ensure FIFO compliance
• Manage returns and resolve operational issues promptly
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for smooth operations
• Ensure timely last-mile delivery and adherence to TAT
• Plan and schedule deliveries and pickups as per customer requirements
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations
• Conduct regular safety audits, training, and inspections
• Escalate and follow up on operational issues for timely resolution
