- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying or Estimation is an added advantage. 25 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and billing for civil, infrastructure, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
