Quality Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality team while ensuring the successful achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives
• Drive and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing operations
• Oversee Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC), and Product Testing activities
• Ensure quality compliance for all manufacturing products, bought-out items, and outsourced products at Ravel Factory
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve defect-free product delivery and continuous quality improvement
• Plan, coordinate, and manage internal, external, supplier, and customer quality audits
• Handle customer quality concerns, review complaint investigations, and ensure timely corrective action closure
• Ensure only quality-approved products are released to the assembly line through effective quality control processes
• Review and develop Control Plans, PFMEA/FMEA, quality planning procedures, and manufacturing quality documentation
• Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and other cross-functional teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and continuously improve quality manuals, procedures, and documentation to align with business requirements
• Conduct Quality System audits and provide training and guidance to internal auditors
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with company quality procedures
• Collect, analyze, and monitor quality performance data against established quality targets and KPIs
• Evaluate supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and drive supplier quality improvements
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives to enhance operational excellence and overall quality performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes with a strong EMS manufacturing background
