Quality Management System (QMS) & Documentation Specialist | Aerospace

Contract Role (1 Year) Extendable based on business requirements and performance.

Role & responsibilities

QMS
• Update procedure / Instructions
• Review and update Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
• Prepare External audit summaries structured by process
• Record External audit reports and OFIs in Audit Management system
• Support preparation and conduct QUA process reviews

Archiving & Documentation
• Define list of documents to be archived as per customer requirements (Airbus and ATR)
• Establish electronic archiving process and rules, including classification, retention policies, Access control and Traceability and compliance

Performance Monitoring
• Perform monthly update of Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of KPI data

DOID / DOA Support
• Monitor and support deployment of Airbus / ATR DOID extension (France Worldwide)
• Track action plans and ensure timely follow-up and closure
• Support Airbus DOID / TDCA audit activities:
• Update procedures, instructions, and guides based on audit findings analysis

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of EN 9100 standards
• Familiarity with: CAPA / NCMR processes
• Audit management tools (e.g., EtQ)
• Strong documentation and process-writing capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
