Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Having Knowledge about inspection process (Receiving, In process & Final inspection)
- Having knowledge about handling the IMTEs
- Skill to perform and make Inspection reports
- Update , Monitoring & Maintaining Rejection, Rework record
- Analytical skill about the rejections ( Supplier & in process)
- Update QMS documentation on shop floor on periodic manner
- Communication skill to transform the Quality issues through Q alert & OPL
- Having knowledge about IATF 16949 & Customer specific Requirements
- Having knowledge about SPC
- Led root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why) for customer complaints
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience in the Fasteners and Forging industry only will be considered.
Qualification: B.E. / Diploma
Experience: Minimum 2 years to Maximum 5 years
