Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality In Charge to manage quality control and assurance for high-rise residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall QA/QC activities at the project site.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Inspect civil, structural, finishing, and other construction activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
• Conduct material inspections and coordinate required testing.
• Ensure concrete, reinforcement, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing quality.
• Maintain inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
• Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site engineers, and project management.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in high-rise/EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing, and quality standards.
• Good coordination, communication, and team management skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
