Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor quality during final assembly, brazing, leak testing, pressure testing, vacuum evacuation, refrigerant charging, electrical assembly, functional testing, and performance testing.
- Conduct in-process inspections and process audits.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, Control Plans, and process parameters.
- Perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and implement CAPA.
- Reduce process defects, scrap, and rework through continuous improvement.
- Support PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and process validation.
- Analyze quality data and monitor KPIs such as FPY, RFT, PPM, and process capability (Cp/Cpk).
- Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve process quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer quality requirements.
