Job Description

Experience: 4-5 Years

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical

Required Skills & Competencies

• Understanding of communication protocols:
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with QA Inspection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Tractor Driving License must require

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Inspection of Machine Shop developed parts, as well as outsourced parts.
• Planning for CMM Inspection if Required.
• Verifying Material Report, CMM Inspection Reports are received from supplier.
• Maintaining Inspection Records, Material test Records.
• Interaction with supplier for quality issues & get corrective & Preventive Action,
• Planning for Supplier Audit on Quarterly basis
• Responsible for Preparation of FPY Reports on monthly basis.
• Responsible for Caring & Calibrating all Gauges on regular basis from feasible source.
• Negotiation with supplier related to Quality related instruments (For Calibration of Gauges).
• Knowledge of CMM, Trimos, Vernier, Micrometre, Slip & Bore, Thread, Ring, Plug Gauges,

Documentation

• Preparation of technical documents: Log sheet
• . Computer Knowledge like -Email drafting communication, excel, world.
