Quality Engineer

Position: Quality Engineer

Location: Head Office, Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Qualification: Diploma Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, HVAC, Heat Exchanger or Process Equipment industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints by conducting effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions using the 8D problem-solving methodology.

• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to address quality-related concerns, ensure compliance with customer requirements, and maintain effective communication.

• Participate in customer and site visits to resolve quality issues, support inspections, and strengthen customer relationships.

• Lead the quality team in resolving customer issues and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Management System requirements and organizational quality procedures.

• Plan, conduct, and support Internal, External, Process, Product, and System Audits.

• Prepare audit plans, reports, non-conformance records, and ensure timely closure of audit findings through corrective actions.

• Maintain quality documentation and ensure adherence to applicable national and international quality standards.

• MSA (Measurement System Analysis)

• Engineering Drawing Interpretation

• Knowledge of National & International Quality Standards

• Measuring Instruments Handling (Vernier, Micrometre, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.)

• Preparation of Quality Reports and Documentation
