Quality Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent defects and non-conformities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality control procedures.
  
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., CAPA reports) to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems, including procedure manuals, work instructions, and training materials.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification; knowledge of electrical principles an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standard; ability to apply it effectively on the shop floor.
