Responsibilities:
- Prepare & Maintain Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge & Experience in 7 QC tools
- Experience in Calibration of Machines & Instruments as per Industry Quality Standards
- Experience in doing RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Analyze, Act and complete CAPA of non-conformity
- 5S management
- Inspection of child parts, Electrical components of Final Product Machine, Instruments, Spares etc
- Check sheet preparation as per Product Specifications and Quality Standards
- Handling of Customer Complaints
Requisite Skills:
- Good Knowledge of MS office and Google Sheets
- Calibration of machines
- Quality documents preparation
Desired Skills:
- Team handling
- QMS Audit
Education:
Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
Relevant Experience:
3+ Years
