Job Description:
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with respective codes of practice, standards, and client specifications .
- Supervise and guide site workmen to maintain required quality standards during execution.
- Prepare, implement, and maintain quality documentation , including inspection records, test reports, material testing, and quality checklists.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify workmanship and adherence to quality plans.
- Identify and report any non-conformities , and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain an organized system for document control and record keeping to support project quality requirements, audits of quality and billing process.
- Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure consistent quality standards across all site activities.
- Stay updated with the latest codes, standards, and best practices relevant to civil construction.
Experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and control for civil engineering projects.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
Skills:
- Proficient in all lab equipment testing, etc.
- Mix design expert.
- Maintain quality register as per irrigation quality control department norms.
