Job Description
1. Familiarity with PEB Structure fabrication process, welding, bolting.
2. Ensure that quality related documentation ( MTC), records, and report are accurately maintained.
3. Handling the Customer inspection like TATA, ADANI, BHEL & TPI like SGS, TPL, IRCLASS.
4. Understanding drawing and conduct Dimensional inspection.
5. Inspection of weld quality (Visual & NDT-DP/MP/UT) and painting inspection (DFT, Adhesion test)
6. Raise inspection call for raw material, Fabrication material & painting material inspection to client
7. Knowledge of quality process and various ASTM, IS standard and AWS D1.1 standard.
.Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and 7 QC tools.
Experience 3-5 year s experience in quality control .
Certification of NDT Level II and Experience of BHEL customer inspection is preferred.
