Job Description
Candidates should have knowledge about the IS, ASME, ASTM, EN, API and IEC standards.
2. Candidates should have knowledge about Material inspection (Visual and performance).
3. Candidates should have knowledge of RFI and their norms (released, NC, Rework) etc.
4. Candidates should have knowledge of testing and their acceptance results as per quality standards. (testing of IDT, HT panel, LT panels, inverter etc.).
5. Candidates should be able to manage quality documents and able to record and release DQR (Daily quality report) on daily basis.
6. Candidates should have brief knowledge of Earthing and protection as per quality standards.
7. Candidates should be able to provide appropriate punch points/comments during the inspection/ Audits.
8. Candidates should have brief knowledge about electrical equipment and testing protocols.
9. Candidates should have brief knowledge of commissioning plant and commissioning protocols.
10. Candidates should have knowledge about TL (Transmission line) and their acceptance of clearance and tolerance.
11. Candidates should have knowledge of FQP (Field quality plan).
12. Candidates should have knowledge about Routine and pre-commissioning tests.
13.Candidates should have knowledge about Earthing, ERT results as per quality standards.
