Quality Engineer Civil

Monitoring of Solar Power Plant civil work construction, Quality checking of site work, and performing inspection of the Project material / Components & Checking/Inspection the Site Execution work.

Review and Certification of Quality Control plan and Safety Plan.
Implementation of the industrial standards, quality, Health & Safety Norms (HSE Guidelines).

 

 

Review of project planning, scheduling and monthly progress reports. To monitor every day site execution work, progress & submission of site progress report to HO.

Coordinate with civil engineers, mechanical/ Electrical engineers, design team, procurement team, engineering technicians of to ensure project is delivered as per technical specification and compliance in accordance to Owner/ Owners Engineer Instruction.

Review the Civil drawings, specifications & taking care of execution of civil work for solar projects on timely manner.

Responsible for verifying quality of civil work like boundary wall, control room, Inverter room foundations, Structure foundation & equipment foundation related works.

Ensure effective implementation of field quality plan as per owners instruction.

Construction markup / built drawing to maintain as per the field.
Proper coordination with civil contractors for timely execution
Inspection and Certification of Method for testing (on-site lab, independent, contractor) construction materials for compliance with applicable codes and specifications, especially for soil compaction, concrete, rebar etc.
