Quality Engineer ( Cold Coining / Cold Forging)

1. To monitor Quality Performance Rating, customer end line Rejection, lot Rejection, QDH and customer returns on daily basis.
2. To intimate the concerned through Quality alerts in case of any customer complaint.
3. To do the root cause analysis with the concerned team members for any customer complaint.
4. To submit the containment action/M2 action and corrective action to customer for any customer complaint
5. To ensure calibration of all instruments & gauges used in the organization.
6. Training of subordinates on quality improvement.
7. To plan manpower & identify training needs of personal.
8. To ensure the Layout inspection & Poison Cake Test as per plan and Dock Inspection of parts.
9. To prepare the data for Cost of Poor Quality.
10. To maintain the internal and External IPP Tags.
11. To implement & maintain 5 S activities at each level.
12. To ensure the customer specific requirements are considered.
