Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of education.
Coordinate with faculty members to design and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet student needs.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
Foster a culture of excellence by promoting continuous professional development among faculty members.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with quality management systems and procedures is desirable.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
