We are looking for an experienced QA to join our fast growing team. Your role will be central to the Delivery team. The QA will be working alongside Development Managers, Program and Project Managers, and Senior Software Engineers in order to shape and implement the technology and product deliverables that will drive forward this strategic initiative.You will be a key contributor to our delivery team and if you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next digital transformation journey, this is the place for you!

Defining levels of test coverage for specific deliverables, in line with project requirements and associated SLAs.
Managing quality metrics across specific projects.
Adherence to QA / QE best practice for specific projects.
Ensuring structured feedback is provided to the development teams and to ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the agreed project schedule and quality requirements.
Process Improvement (PI) initiatives like designing the Quality Management System including the processes/procedures, templates, guidelines.
Experience in Quality Assurance activities like Process Audits.
Should be able to drive various process initiatives like piloting of various tools and techniques.
Creating proposal, business flows, functional specifications, prototypes.
Prepare project plan.
Requirement traceability matrix, Test plan, Test Cases, Test Logs.
Coordination amongst team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
