Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead - Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This role demands a strong technical background in full-stack development and exceptional leadership skills to guide a team of engineers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications while fostering innovation and teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What would you be doing here
Lead and mentor a team of developers. Drive code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain coding standards.

Qualifications
Design and create high-level test cases for mobile and Web applications.
Work closely with developers and the product team.
Will be responsible for quality on Android, iOS, and web applications
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
Report bugs and errors to the development teams.
Help troubleshoot issues
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Will be working on an automation framework.
Participating in Product Project s kick-off meeting.
Read, understand, and review software design specifications and product requirements.
Basic Knowledge of writing and executing SQL queries is an added advantage. Work with scrum team
Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when necessary

Who are we looking for:
2-4 years experience in Web and mobile application testing.
Reviewed and analyzed system specifications
Have a deep understanding of how mobile applications work
Must have demonstrated hands-on experience in Functional (System, regression, smoke) testing.
Evaluated product code according to specifications.
Worked in an Agile environment.
Knowledge of Azure
Posses good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Be a team player with a strong team spirit.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technolog
