Quality Assurance Engineer

• Own and enforce quality management processes, procedures, and compliance across the organization.
• Coordinate activities related to AS9100 and AS9120 certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
• Manage and support internal audits, external audits, customer audits, and certification audits.
• Track audit findings, corrective actions, preventive actions, and closure activities to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, audit reports, compliance documents, and related documentation.
• Support organizational quality objectives, quality awareness initiatives, and employee training programs.
• Act as the primary quality focal point for internal departments, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Other requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a technical or management-related field.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, or industrial quality environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of AS9100, AS9120, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience in internal and external audit management.
• Understanding of EASA, FAA, or aerospace regulatory environments will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
