Quality Assurance Engineer

1. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate software applications.
2. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testability and quality aspects during the development process.
4. Identify, document, and track software defects, including detailed steps to reproduce and prioritize them for resolution.
5. Conduct root cause analysis and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
6. Perform compatibility testing across different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
7. Design and maintain test environments, test data, and test documentation.
8. Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback on potential quality risks and suggest improvements.
9. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall quality assurance practices.
10. Collaborate with the development team to promote a culture of quality and excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
3. Experience in designing and executing test cases and test scripts.
4. Familiarity with various testing techniques and methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
5. Has good knowledge of Automation Testing using any tools like Selenium, Java/Python, Robot, Appium.
6. Proficiency in using bug-trackinbug-trackingtools and test management systems.
7. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
9. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
11. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
