Job Description
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in quality assurance and testing, preferably in DevOps or mainframe environments.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools for automation and manual testing.
- Familiarity with IBM Z/OS environments and related DevOps tools (e.g., UCD, Wazi Deploy).
- Experience in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- Experience testing migration tools or accelerators in mainframe projects.
- Knowledge of IBM middleware (CICS, IMS, DB2, MQ).
- Familiarity with Unix System Services (USS) and security configurations.
- Certifications in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB).
- Prior experience in staff augmentation roles for large enterprises
