Job Description
We are looking for a talented QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing, along with hands-on experience in the Duck Creek Insurance Suite. The ideal candidate should have worked on Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Producer projects and possess a strong understanding of insurance domain testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Manual and Automation testing for Duck Creek applications.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and automation scripts.
- Validate end-to-end business processes in Duck Creek Policy and Producer modules.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
- Identify, report, track, and verify defects using Jira/ADO.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of QA experience.
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Producer.
- Strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Good understanding of API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Strong SQL/database validation skills.
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
- ISTQB Certification is an advantage.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps is a plus.
