Role & responsibilities
Manage incoming, process & customer quality, supplier quality, root cause analysis, 7 QC tools, CAPA, internal audits, customer complaints, quality documentation, and ensure compliance with OEM and ISO/IATF quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering with 36 years of automotive manufacturing experience. Hands-on knowledge of SQA, IQC, process & customer quality, OEM interactions, 7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, 8D, CAPA, PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, IATF 16949/ISO 9001, internal audits, and MS Office. Experience in wiring harness, coils, or electromechanical products is preferred.
