Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for construction projects, including inspections and testing.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely resolution before project completion.
• Provide training on QA/QC techniques to team members, promoting a culture of excellence in workmanship.

Job Requirements :

• 9-18 years of experience in the real estate industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, methods, and best practices.
• Proven track record in conducting effective quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
