Role Objective

To establish, implement, and monitor quality assurance and inspection systems for RCC dam construction works, ensuring compliance with approved specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans for RCC dam construction.

• Monitor inspection activities related to concrete production, placement, compaction, curing, and testing.

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, codes, and safety standards.

• Review material approvals, test reports, method statements, and inspection records.

• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives on quality-related matters.

• Prepare periodic quality reports and documentation for project management.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master s preferred).

• Minimum 12 15 years of relevant experience in QA/QC and inspection of large infrastructure projects.

• Strong site experience in Concrete / RCC dam projects is highly desirable.

• Thorough knowledge of concrete technology, testing procedures, and quality management systems.

• Strong reporting, analytical, and coordination skills.
