Key Responsibilities


Design and develop document templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
Build and congure interactive communication workows using Quadient Inspire
Interactive.

Develop dynamic document templates for statements, letters, invoices, and customer
communications.

Work with data sources (XML, JSON, database extracts) for document generation.
Implement business rules and conditional logic in communication templates.
Support document composition, formatting, and layout design.
Perform testing and troubleshooting of communication templates.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
communication solutions.

Ensure performance optimization and maintainability of templates.
Support deployment and production support activities when required.

5+ years of experience working with Quadient Inspire (Designer and Interactive).
Strong experience in template design and document composition.
Good understanding of CCM (Customer Communication Management) platforms.
Experience with XML, XPath, and data mapping.
Knowledge of dynamic content generation and conditional logic.
Understanding of document formatting, layout, and print design concepts.
Experience with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting document templates.
Familiarity with version control and deployment processes.

Experience with Quadient Scaler or Automation components.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for digital communications.
Exposure to integration with CRM/ERP systems.
