Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process client RA bills and subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Verify quantities based on approved drawings, BOQs,site measurements contract documents.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical works.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients for billing approvals.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Track material consumption and work progress against project schedules.
- Prepare MIS reports related to rate, billing, cost, and project status.
- Support contract administration and commercial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor;;s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, or Cost Management.
