Qliksense Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Create and maintain QlikSense applications, dashboards, and reports that provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
• Utilize candidates deep knowledge of Snowflake, SQL Servers reporting services (SSRS) and ChatGPT to efficiently extract and transform data from these sources into QlikSense applications.
• Develop and maintain data models that optimize performance and facilitate data exploration within QlikSense.
• Implement and uphold best practices for QlikSense development, ensuring data security, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Work closely with business analysts and data scientists to understand their requirements and translate them into effective QlikSense solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize QlikSense applications for performance and user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of QlikSense applications, data models, and development processes.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the QlikSense applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in QlikSense and data visualization technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a QlikSense Developer.
• Proven expertise in data extraction from Snowflake, SQL Servers reporting services (SSRS) and ChatGPT.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and best practices in QlikSense development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• QlikSense certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in ChatGPT and scripting languages.
