Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Next.js. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in frontend development, responsive UI design, state management, API integration, and performance optimization. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Build reusable and responsive UI components following best practices.

- Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) using Next.js.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code.

- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party libraries.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO, and responsiveness.

- Implement state management solutions such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and production issues.

- Work closely with backend developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in frontend web development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Extensive experience with React.js and modern React concepts such as Hooks, Functional Components, Context API, and Custom Hooks.

- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js framework.

- Experience implementing SSR, SSG, ISR, and API Routes in Next.js.

- Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux/Redux Toolkit.

- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, or Styled Components.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).

- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Knowledge of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.

- Experience with micro-frontend architecture.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Exposure to Headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Strapi, or Sanity.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
