QE - Test Automation Professional

• 4 6 years of relevant experience in Software Testing.

• Strong expertise in Functional Testing covering both UI and API testing.
• Hands-on experience in API Automation using industry-standard automation frameworks.
• Experience in testing Banking, Financial Services, or other enterprise applications of similar complexity.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows and transaction validation.

• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing of web and API-based applications.
• Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios covering UI and backend validations.
• Develop and maintain API automation scripts using appropriate automation frameworks.
• Validate REST APIs, request/response payloads, status codes, authentication mechanisms, and business rules.
• Perform backend data validation using SQL queries.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools such as Jira.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality releases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
