QC Officer

Job Details:

1. Raw Material Inspection
   • Inspect materials such as FRP, resin (epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester)
   • Verify supplier certificates and storage conditions
2. In-Process Quality Control
   • Monitor processes like Hand Lay-Up, Filament Winding, and Pultrusion
   • Check lamination thickness, resin ratio, and curing process
3. Dimensional & Visual Inspection
   • Perform dimensional checks and visual inspections
4. Testing & Quality Checks
   • Conduct required testing as per standards
5. Final Inspection & Dispatch Clearances
   • Ensure product quality before dispatch
6. Documentation & Reports
   • Maintain inspection reports, test certificates, and quality checklists
   • Follow ISO 9001 quality standards
7. Coordination & Problem Solving
   • Work with production and design teams to resolve issues
   • Handle audits and customer inspections
   • Suggest process improvements
