Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QC Micro Manager/Asst Manager/Sr Executive/Executive to join our team at ZEE Medical, ensuring the highest standards of microbial quality and sterility assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and experience in quality control.
Roles and Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for microbial quality, sterility assurance, and contamination control.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, utilities, and manufacturing environments.
- Develop and implement effective quality control procedures to minimize risks and ensure product safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall quality management.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on quality control activities and results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments in microbiology and quality control.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QC Microbiology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of microbiology principles, including bacterial endotoxin test methods and environmental monitoring protocols.
- Experience with quality control software and systems, such as laboratory information systems (LIS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
