QC Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QC Executive to join our team at Fabindia Overseas Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective quality control processes and procedures to ensure high-quality products.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control measures.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records, including inspection reports and audit findings.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or qualifications in quality control are an asset.
• Proven experience in quality control and assurance, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulations, including industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with quality management software and systems, including data analysis and reporting tools.
