QC and Compliance Engineer

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled QC/Compliance Engineer to ensure the quality of incoming parts and product testing requirements.
You will be responsible for performing inspections, understanding regulatory and customer requirements and driving improvements to meet quality standards and business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the quality of incoming materials as per specifications, drawings, and SOPs.
Conduct FI/ PDIR of mass production and NPD parts Identify and apply applicable test cases as per IS/IEC standards Conduct timely inspection of mechanical, electrical and electronic parts, preventing defects from reaching the line.
Co-ordination with CFT, Customer and external labs to complete the product testing as per the applicable standards within the stipulated time.
What We re Looking For: 2 3 years of experience in incoming quality control and product testing, ideally in electronic or Automotive/EV manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with inspection tools and a good understanding of engineering drawings and specs.
Good understanding of IS/IEC standards applicable to EV.
Ability to coordinate with the vendor quality team, CFT and the customer effectively.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Office tools, and working knowledge of JIRA preferred Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
