Should be Experience in Working as a Workday HCM & Integrations product test specialist for Canada based retail giant Loblaw Companies limited, which is the largest Canadian food retailer, encompassing corporate and franchise supermarkets with 1000+ physical stores operating under 22 regional and market segment banners, as well as pharmacies, banking, and apparel. WORKDAY PRODUCT TEST SPECIALIST | COGNIZANT | DEC 2017 - PRESENT Involved in SDLC of Projects, including Requirements gathering/analysis, Testing (scope, ROM, test design, execution, and defect management, triage) and Production rollover. Closely worked with business users to understand and analyze new requirements and offering insights for the existing production issues and new enhancement for the existing integration. Validating all the basic functionalities for each upgrade in Workday and analysing the impact of upgrade on existing business processes, tasks, and integrations and, output files. Involved in Integration Testing while validating the integrations on periodical workday upgrades. Performed Unit testing and supported System Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Excellent test skills from scripting to execution for all phases of functional and integration testing (System Testing, System Integration Testing, Impact based regression, E2E and UAT). Tested Cloud connect, Core Connecter, EIB and Studio integrations for document transformations, change detection, and document delivery configuration for both inbound and outbound integrations. Tested Cloud Connect for HCM (Worker, Organization Outbound) and Cloud Connect for TP Payroll (PECI) outbound integrations. Tested Workday to CDRS outbound Core Connecter: Worker integration to integrate Workday with third-party time tracking application managed by Blue Yonder. Test Workday to Eagle Eye outbound Core Connecter: Worker integration to integrate Workday with third-party cloud loyalty application managed by Eagle Eye. Tested Workday to Flip Core Connecter: Worker integration to integrate Workday with third[1]party cloud internal communication application managed by Flip App. Test Workday to SAP HANA Core Connecter: Organization Outbound to send organization details from Workday to SAP. Tested Workday to ADP PECI integration to send payroll details to ADP payroll system. Page 1 Tested complex studio integrations to send and receive the demographic data of the employees to third party applications. Workday to IAM through middle ware outbound integration for generating and managing the employee credentials, generating email IDs and Login IDs. AD to Workday inbound studio integration for bringing back the Username, Login ID stored in AD back to Workday for 2.5 lakh users for 1 day frequency of the integration run. Test Workday to Saba outbound integrations for sending the organization details based on the CCH filtering. Tested STAS to Workday inbound integration to validate the time entries, absence details and arrear details sent by time tracking BY STAS application to Workday Tested 4 wall Workday integration for defaulting the values based on the Excel attachment from the integration. Tested EIB outbound integrations based on custom report to send the data to various third-party applications. Workday to SAP EIB outbound integrations for each of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Static Key Figures and Static Headcount for sending financial data from Workday to SAP. Workday to Saba for Person, Job Type, Cost Centre, Location, and Axonify EIB custom report using for outbound integrations to integrate Workday with third party learning and talent management cloud applications. Testing BP step sequences for Hire, Terminate and Job Change for each upgrade. Creating Workday accounts for users in Workday QA team and assigning them user-based roles. Actively participated in meetings with team lead to discuss about timeline of the project.
