Description We re hiring a QA Tester (Manual Automation) with 0 1 year of experience who is passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and curious about finding bugs others miss. You ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of our software products across domains.
Responsibilities - Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure product stability and performance
- Write and execute test cases and develop test scripts for both manual and automated testing
- Collaborate with developers, product, and engineering teams to investigate issues and resolve bugs
- Use tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar to support automation and API testin
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the agile team
- Ensure documentation of testing processes and help in maintaining a quality-first mindset across teams
- Stay updated on QA trends and continuously improve testing strategies
- Basic understanding of manual testing methodologies
- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar
- Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing
- Clear understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to report, document, and discuss issues
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
