Job Description
- Experience in managing testing team for large scale projects/products
- Experience in Test planning, Effort Estimation and Project operations
- Experience leading and overseeing quality assurance work
- Experience with Test Automation for web-based UI and API.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD delivery methodology, technologies, and tools.
- Experience with following tools - Selenium, REST API, GIT Hub, Jenkins.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization; with resources on all shores
- Experience on MS AZURE applications.
Requirements
- Overall experience of 10 years in Software Testing both Manual and Automation.
- Great team player with passion for excellent customer service and innovation.
- PMP Certified
- Very Good written & verbal communications skills, inter personal skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare domain is an additional advantage.
- Coaching and Mentoring of Project Resources
