Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across Salesforce and Marketo applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test automation, automation strategy, and measuring Automation ROI. The candidate will lead QA activities, mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality software delivery through effective test planning, execution, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across multiple projects involving Salesforce and Marketo.
• Define and implement the overall QA strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Identify automation opportunities and continuously improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
• Measure and report Automation ROI using key metrics such as automation coverage, execution time reduction, defect leakage, and maintenance effort.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate Salesforce CRM functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Test Marketo marketing automation workflows, lead lifecycle, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, lead scoring, and CRM synchronization.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Review requirements and provide early quality feedback during sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor QA engineers and conduct code reviews for automation scripts.
• Track defects using defect management tools and ensure timely resolution.
• Generate quality metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years of experience leading QA teams or projects.
• Strong experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# for automation.
• Strong understanding of Automation ROI, automation strategy, framework design, and best practices.
• Experience testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and CRM integrations.
• Experience testing Marketo functionalities, including:
• Lead Management
• Email Campaigns
• Landing Pages
• Forms
• Smart Campaigns
• Lead Scoring
• Salesforce-Marketo Integration
• Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and Marketo integrations.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Salesforce, Marketo, ISTQB, or automation-related certifications are a plus.
