Quality Analyst
As a Quality Analyst, your typical week might include the following
Testing and Quality Assurance
- Oversee the complete testing lifecycle execution by testing vendors, including Vertical testing, Horizontal testing, End to End testing, and regression testing
- Partner with QA teams and PHI testing leads to define testing strategy, coverage, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with business owners and tech SPOCs for testing plan development across VT, HT, E2E testing, etc. including journey identification and mapping
- Drive defect triage and resolution processes (i.e., testing war room), ensuring timely closure (adhering to defined SLAs) of all critical issues (P0/P1) and non-critical issuers
- Track and report test execution status, defect density, and retest success rates
Cross-System / Cross-Vendor Coordination
- Act as key point of accountability and contact for managing dependencies between systems (policy admin, claims, CRM, finance, etc.) with respect to testing planning and handovers
- Work closely with vendors to ensure adherence to development timelines for testing handover
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and coordinate resolution of technical blockers
- Align vendors with internal QA and release management processes, including handovers
- Ensure documentation parity between sprint plan milestones and actual delivery outcomes across systems
Documentation of Testing artefacts & traceability
- Ensure accurate and updated testing documentation by respective owners, including release notes, feature validation reports, and change logs
- Drive testing documentation consistency across systems for easy team access and reference
Governance and Reporting
- Maintain unified tracking of delivery progress and testing readiness using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Prepare and publish daily / weekly dashboards and reports for leadership visibility, as well as for visibility and usage by vendors (e.g., testing vendors, system tech vendors, etc.)
- Facilitate daily or weekly governance forums to review progress, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders (CEO, CXO suite, tech SPOCs, business owners, etc.)
- Manage escalation of challenges and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders

- Hands-on expertise in Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools
- Working knowledge of QA processes and testing methodologies
- Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, build environment
- Are a true team player. Have the interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate & communicate effectively across disciplines such as Technology, Product, Operations, Marketing & Analytics teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
