Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the QA team. Requirements Required Skills & Experience Proven experience leading QA teams of approximately 15u201320 members. Strong hands-on experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing. Practical experience using AI-enabled testing tools and implementing AI-driven QA practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in direct client interactions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to follow through and ensure timely closure of deliverables. Ability to stay focused on priorities while managing changing business needs. Confidence to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive clarity. Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence and develop future leaders within the team. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Life Sciences projects will be an added advantage. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
