Must Have:
- Prepared QA test strategy/Test Plan
- Test Estimation at US level
- RTM/Test design techniques
- Lead experience with handling team
- Test Metrics
- Test closure artifacts
- Defect tracking, Dashboards, Test execution
- Risk identification at Early stage
- DB, Nonfunctional experience at high level
- Alise with Prod Manager/Owners and understand the features
- Aware of Functional/Non-Functional techniques
- Experience with Azure DevOps
