QA Lead

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in the testing process.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using various tools and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of quality assurance engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify defects.
• Experience with automated testing tools and technologies is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
