As a QA Engineer to join our e-commerce organization, who will design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites to ensure software quality and reliability. The role involves working with global QA teams, vendor partners, and external testers to improve test coverage and streamline QA processes.

You will:

Build and maintain automation frameworks, tests, and tools to boost test coverage, efficiency, and CI/CD integration.
Develop and maintain test plans and test cases, and execute functional testing for each release to ensure all acceptance criteria are met while supporting consistent QA strategies and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, internal teams, and vendor partners to ensure clear communication, seamless teamwork, and aligned testing efforts.
Manage defect tracking and resolution and perform root cause analysis to improve product quality and prevent recurring issues.

You have:

58 yearsof experience inTest Automation, with2+ yearshands-on inPlaywright.
Strong programming skills inJavaScript(experience with Python/Java is a plus).
Solid understanding ofweb technologies(HTML, CSS, DOM, REST APIs, JSON).
Experience buildingautomation frameworksfrom scratch using Playwright or similar tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer).
Good understanding ofPage Object Model (POM),data-driven testing, andparallel execution.
Experience integrating tests withCI/CD tools(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Experience withtest reporting tools(e.g., Allure, Extent Reports, Playwright Test Reporter).
Strong knowledge ofGitand version control workflows.
Familiarity withAgile/Scrummethodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
