1. JOB PURPOSE: Taking care of the NPD & Localization activities.

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Preparation of Inspection standards for new development parts TKM / OSS / MSIL
2. Project Activity follow as per QAS TKM / OSS / MSIL
3. Customer PPAP prepare TKM / OSS / MSIL
4. Customer PPAP submission and Approval TKM / OSS / MSIL
5. Process Check for the newly established processes before LVPT-TKM / OSS / MSIL
6. QA-Network with CFT TKM / OSS / MSIL
7. Process audit as per schedule
8. Test request preparation for PV PESS agreed with QA CFT TKM / OSS
9. Test Summary prepare and monitor test schedule TKM / OSS
10. Test Summary Report prepare based on TRJ/TRT Reports- TKM / OSS
11. Prepare Sujitoshi Check sheet for each part as per IQC TKM / OSS / MSIL
12. Sujitoshi Audit and Data preparation after audit TKM / OSS / MSIL
13. Sujitoshi Submission to TRJ and get approval TKM / OSS / MSIL
14. PIS preparation for child parts and FG parts
15. Supplier PPAP review and approval process
16. Customer PPAP documents preparation and submission.
17. Localization activity co-ordination with the supplier.
